Beyond Boundaries Fitness workouts are designed to get you fit and motivated to stay fit. This program provides the participants with 1 hour of fun, intense physical exercise, under the direction of fully qualified and licensed fitness instructors. Two days a week involve a variety of exercise ranging from strength and interval training to cardiovascular and core conditioning. In addition, there will be team activities that will physically and mentally challenge the participants. Trainers cater to all fitness levels.
