Girls Safety and Self Defense Class

This course provides both education and techniques to give girls tools to feel safe in any environment. Topics will cover bullying, unwelcome advances, strikes, simple joint locks, as well as ground defense. No young woman should be without a basic skill set with which she can protect herself. Parents are welcome to watch and recording is recommended. Please wear comfortable clothes as it will be an active class along a lunch and water.

Staff
  • Jared Lauziere is currently a self-defense instructor and martial artist in Belchertown with over 15 years of experience as well as 4 years in the Marine Corps with extensive training in self-defense.

Registration Deadline
  • Saturday, June 24th, 2017
  • A $10.00 late fee applies to all registrations after the deadline
