Learning to Quilt

Come join the fun and create a lasting memory. Learn how to use a sewing machine and basic sewing techniques, along with various batting for specific quilts, pressing and lots of little tidbits along the way. Choose a session and check out our website for pictures of each project.

Session I - create a "Diamond in a Square " Pillow,
Session II -  “Pinwheel Star” Pillow  
Session III -  “Twister table topper”.

You will be supplied with a pre made kit which will include all the necessary materials.

Staff
  • Lynne Godbout from The Country Moose Quilting Boutique has been quilting for 7 years and belongs to the Pioneer Valley Quilt Guild. She makes many custom quilts for special orders. Her work can be found at The Belchertown Fair and many local craft fairs. Quilting is her passion and she loves to teach her favorite hobby.

Registration Deadline
  • Session 1 - Wednesday, July 5th
  • Session 2 - Wednesday, July 12th
  • Session 3 - Wednesday, August 16th
  • A $10.00 late fee applies to all registrations after the deadline
