The purpose of this clinic is to introduce players to the sport of football. Participants will learn throwing and catching technique, running footwork, the rules of the game, and kids will have a chance to play 7v7 passing games. The Belchertown Granby Eagles priority is to have fun.

Marty Bottari-Marty has two children involved in the Belchertown High School and Youth football programs, and has been an essential part of growing these programs and coaching for many years. Coach Bottari is currently the Assistant Coach for the Belchertown High Junior Varsity team and the Belchertown-Granby Youth Football Organization Head Coach for the Pee Wee team.
Nick St. George-Nick St George has one son on the 8th grade team. He is the former Head Coach at Longmeadow High School where he coached football from 1987-2018. Coach St. George was the Head Coach at LHS between 2012 and 2018. Coach St. George was named Western Mass Coach of the Year after the 2014 season. He will be helping with the Belchertown-Granby Youth Senior team in the upcoming year.
Coach Bottari is a MA State Trooper and is trained to handle emergency situations as well as concussion trained through USA Football. We have an AED machine on site (the Chestnut field) as well.
Coach St. George is a long-time coach, who currently is coaching various Lacrosse programs and trained in concussion safety as well.
