Denim Re-Make

This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

In this class teens will transform an old pair of jeans into something fresh and fashionable.  Come with an idea of your own or gather inspiration here; turn long jeans into shorts, patch and embellish holey jeans, make those pants into a skirt or even a bag. Teens will learn the art of shashiko mending, basic machine sewing and hand stitching. Students should bring in a pair (or 2) of jeans they would like to work with.

Registration Deadline
  • 5 days prior to the start of the program
  • A $10.00 late fee applies to all registrations after the deadline.
