Youth Fit Club Register View Cart

Participants will learn the basics of a healthy, active and balanced lifestyle and will come away each week with a new lesson. It could be proper form for body weight exercises, how to create a balanced plate, a new recipe or the importance of regular exercise; the goal is to inspire participants to take home what they learn and apply their knowledge into their everyday routine. 

Registration Deadline
  • 5 days prior top the start of the program
  • A $10.00 late fee applies to all registrations after the deadline.

Staff
  • Lisa Stahl is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Youth Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Lisa has been teaching Group Fitness since 2003 and currently trains clients and teaches group fitness classes at Simply Fit and the Belchertown Senior Center. Lisa is a former Early Childhood Educator and holds a Masters Degree in Education. She is thrilled to combine her love of fitness and education and share her knowledge with Belchertown's youth population. Lisa lives in Belchertown with her husband and their three boys.
