Have you always been curious about how to can food but just don’t know how?  Are you afraid of doing it wrong and making your family sick?  This canning class will walk you through the basics from materials needed to simple safe methods so you CAN can jam and other healthy foods that will store on the shelf for months!  You will leave with a list of materials needed and step by step directions of the process.

  • The deadline date is 5 days prior to the start of the program.
  • A $10.00 late fee applies to all registrations after the deadline.
