Conditioning for Young Athletes Register View Cart

Join us this summer for a program designed to prepare young athletes for the fall sports season. No matter your sport, speed, agility and strength will help improve your performance. We will focus on a dynamic warm-up, speed development, agility development, quickness training, aerobic/anaerobic conditioning, warm-down and static stretching post-workout.  Participants will need proper workout attire, sneakers, water and sunscreen.

Registration Deadline
  • 10 days before the start of the program
  • A $10.00 late fee applies to all registrations after the deadline

Staff
  • Ken Jacque has a clinical master’s degree in Movement Science and 25+ years of experience coaching a range of sports, including football, baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, and track & field. His accomplishments include the coaching of many now professional athletes, as well as players that have gone on to coach at the high school, college and professional level.
