The Town of Belchertown is accepting applications for the position of Aquatics Coordinator. The purpose of this position is to perform administrative and supervisory work in coordinating the functions of the town' aquatics facilities and programs; performs lifeguarding duties and water safety instruction; performs all other related work as required. The Aquatics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and improving upon the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas under his/her direction and control.Special Requirements include. Certified Pool Operator Certification, CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification and the completion of the instructor course for CPR,AED, Lifeguard certification and completion of the Instructor course for lifeguards, Community First Aid certification, possession of a valid motor vehicles license, and Water Safety Instructor Certification.A job description and employment application are available in the Selectman's Office at the Finnerty House, One South Maine Street, P.O.
